The Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) National Capital Chapter (NCC) is the largest chapter within the 16,000 member association. CMAA NCC's membership includes over 1,200 federal/state/local government and private sector owners, construction consultants, technology suppliers, academia, and legal organizations all with a common goal: to improve our nation's infrastructure.
CMAA NCC is pleased to announce that Christopher J. Payne, PE, CCM, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sustaining Member Firm, MBP, and Brian Stover, PE, CCM, Vice President, HNTB, have been inducted into the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) College of Fellows.
The designation is presented to members who are industry leaders and pioneers of the construction project management profession. Members are selected for induction into the CMAA College of Fellows for their significant contribution to the profession, the industry, and the Association itself.
One other CMAA member were also inducted into the 2020 College of Fellows.

Rutledge, CAE, President and CEO of CMAA. “These individuals have a clear commitment to CMAA’s success promoting the profession of construction management and the use of qualified construction managers on projects and programs.”
With the safety of all our colleagues, friends and families in mind, and mindful of National and state and local guidance and directives, CMAA NCC is announcing changes to our operations over the next several months. The spread of COVID-19 is a serious matter that will require close monitoring, community support and all of our help to control. CMAA NCC is doing its part by evaluating carefully which events will be in-person and which will be virtual.
