Our 15th annual Golf tournament is one of our main events to fund the National Capital Chapter Scholarship fund. In 2019, we have a goal to provide over $16,000 in scholarships to students studying in universities and colleges in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Please join us in building our scholarship fund and to have fun.

 The CMAA National Capital Chapter is committed to supporting our community and we need your help in sponsoring this event with us! The Girls on the Run inspire girls to recognize their inner strength and celebrate what makes them one of a kind. The Girls on the Run provides trained coaches and research-based curricula in a ten-week program for girls 3rd - 8th grade. In addition to learning essential skills, Girls need to have fun and exercise too. The 5K June 2 event does just that, fun and exercise for all of us.

Misconduct Policy

CMAA National Capital Chapter Events

CMAA National Capital Chapter wishes to create a welcoming environment for meeting and events. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1) harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law; 2) sexual harassment, including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact; 3) abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person's ability to enjoy or participate in the event, and  undue interruption of any event, speakers.


Any person who has been subjected to prohibited conduct or who has witnessed such conduct is encouraged to notify a CMAA Chapter Board member. CMAA reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to such conduct by any person, including removal of that person from the event, prohibiting attendance at future events, and suspension of membership.
